Hello! I'd like to commission a character like the following:
A girl with black, medium-length hair and brown eyes.
She wears a short red hooded cape (with her hood off), with a blouse underneath, and a skirt (the colors are up to you).
She has a sword at her hip. If possible, I'd like the background to be pretty, but it's up to you how you draw it!
